Online Session
Red Sky
This is an online recording session I did for the band Black Volition.
I decided to video myself putting the drums down for their track Red Sky so that anyone interested in booking me for an online recording session can see how the process works whilst I record the drums in my own studio, thus minimising studio and travel costs for the client. This can be booked from anywhere in the world.
This song has a very 50s doo-wop style to it, so I tried to be mindful of this when creating the drum parts, keeping the drumming as understated as possible as seems to be the way with the classic songs of this era.
